Corrupt Save File Information

This kind of issue happens when the save files for the game becomes corrupted. It may have been a power outage, lightning strike near your house or a sudden computer shutdown. This can also happen if the games are not installed as the administrator of the computer. You may have to delete all the save files within the corresponding game folder in order to be able to play your games properly. Please go to the following sections/directories:

For Windows Vista, 7 or 8:

  1. Single left click on Start Menu
  2. Single left click on Computer
  3. Double left click on Local disc (C:)
  4. Double left click on Users
  5. Double left click on Public
  6. Double left click on Phantom EFX
  7. Double left click on WMS
  8. Double left click on WMS12 for Zeus II save files

 For Windows XP:

  1. Double left click on My Computer
  2. Double left click on Local disc (C:)
  3. Double left click on Program Files
  4. Double left click on Phantom EFX
  5. Double left click on WMS
  6. Double left click on WMS12 for the game's save files

Once you are in the WMS12 folder, delete the files that have the .sav extension. Once this is done, close this window and start the game.

Unfortunately all previous progress will be lost.
